Delivery of Orders

Delivery will be made as soon as possible and dispatched usually within 7 days of receipt of your order.

The timescale for delivery of personalised products will vary and if expected to be longer than above you will be contacted.  

Please note delivery is UK mainland only. If outside of this area please email to discuss shipping rates and times. 

Local Delivery and Collection

Please arrange via emailing hawkinspersonalisedprinting@gmail.com if local delivery or collection has been selected at checkout to find a mutually convenient time for collection. Please remember we are a busy working family and not available all the time. Local collection will be from Ickenham UB10. 

If local delivery has been selected and a time agreed and you are not in then the delivery method will default to collection from us. 

Delay in Receiving Orders

Occasionally and especially at peak times Royal Mail take longer to deliver parcels. Their timescales are 15 working days; therefore during this period it is not possible to send out a replacement or offer a refund- in order to allow Royal Mail to have a chance to deliver your items. In this circumstance please contact your local Delivery Office to see if the parcel is waiting there for you.
